Todas las actividades de tratamiento de datos se regir\u00e1n por los principios de legalidad, libertad, finalidad, veracidad, transparencia, acceso y circulaci\u00f3n restringida, seguridad y confidencialidad.<\/p>\n

Esta pol\u00edtica se fundamenta en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de Colombia, la Ley Estatutaria 1581 de 2012, el Decreto 1377 de 2013 y dem\u00e1s normas concordantes sobre protecci\u00f3n de datos personales, as\u00ed como en los lineamientos de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.<\/p>\n

Esta pol\u00edtica aplica al tratamiento de datos personales de clientes, empleados, proveedores, aliados, y cualquier otra persona natural cuyos datos sean tratados por SmartPrice Agencia de Seguros.<\/p>\n

Se incluyen definiciones como: Titular, Dato personal, Tratamiento, Responsable y Encargado del tratamiento, Dato sensible, entre otros, conforme a la legislaci\u00f3n vigente.<\/p>\n

SmartPrice tratar\u00e1 datos sensibles solo cuando: el titular lo autorice expresamente, haya situaciones de urgencia m\u00e9dica, sea necesario para procesos judiciales, o se utilice con fines estad\u00edsticos, cient\u00edficos o hist\u00f3ricos con identidad suprimida.<\/p>\n

Los titulares podr\u00e1n conocer, actualizar, rectificar y suprimir sus datos, revocar autorizaciones, solicitar pruebas de autorizaci\u00f3n, y presentar quejas ante la SIC.<\/p>\n

SmartPrice actuar\u00e1 como responsable del tratamiento de datos y garantizar\u00e1 el ejercicio de los derechos de los titulares, la seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n, la actualizaci\u00f3n oportuna, y el cumplimiento de la normatividad aplicable.<\/p>\n

SmartPrice realizar\u00e1 el registro de sus bases de datos ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, cumpliendo con las exigencias legales.<\/p>\n

El tratamiento de datos requiere autorizaci\u00f3n previa, expresa e informada del titular. Esta podr\u00e1 ser recolectada por medios f\u00edsicos, electr\u00f3nicos o cualquier otro mecanismo verificable.<\/p>\n

SmartPrice dispondr\u00e1 de un Aviso de Privacidad que informe al titular sobre la existencia de esta pol\u00edtica, su alcance, y los canales para ejercer sus derechos.<\/p>\n

Se implementar\u00e1n medidas t\u00e9cnicas, humanas y administrativas adecuadas para garantizar la seguridad, confidencialidad y prevenci\u00f3n de accesos no autorizados a la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
La informaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 ser transferida nacional e internacionalmente a terceros aliados o proveedores, garantizando siempre la aplicaci\u00f3n de esta pol\u00edtica y el cumplimiento legal.<\/p>\n
Los titulares podr\u00e1n dirigir sus consultas o reclamos a trav\u00e9s del correo info@smartprice.com.co. Las consultas se resolver\u00e1n en 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles y los reclamos en 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/p>\n
